Cancellation Policy

While we understand unexpected things come up and may prevent you from making your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If appointments are cancelled within a 48 hour window, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service session price. For cancellations within 24 hours, we’ll need to charge the full session fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time.

We rely on your commitment to make a living from these services, and many times we have clients on wait lists for prime dates or times. Please reach out to us when we send your appointment reminder if you think you will be unable to make it or need to reschedule.
